New Player Freerolls
Our New Player Freerolls are designed with the newer recruits in mind, these events are open to players whose accounts are less than 45 days old and gives the fresher faces a chance to rub shoulders with each other and learn the wonderful game of poker in shark free waters.
All New Player Freerolls feature a 25,000 prizepool, paid out to the top 9 combatants.

Community Freerolls
If you are following us on our social media channels Facebook and Twitter then you will have access to our daily Community Freerolls.
These Community events are password protected. In order to get the password, just follow us on our social media channels and each Sunday we will post a new password on either Facebook or Twitter.
Each of the day's six Community Freerolls will pay out either 100,000 chips to the top 30 finishers or tickets for those events that pay 15 or 20 places.

Chris Moneymaker 2003 World Series of Poker WSOP champion, Chris Moneymaker.PokerStars launched its beta play-money-only site on September 11, 2001. The company began offering real money wagering on December 12, 2001.

On December 27, 2009, PokerStars set the world record for the biggest online tournament. The tournament entry fee was $1, and the number of entrants reached 149,196. They broke that record on December 4, 2011, when 200,000 players played in a $1 buy-in tournament with a first prize of $50,000.
In January 2012, PokerStars introduced a downloadable mobile client for iOS from iTunes. In February 2012, the company also introduced a client for Android.
On July 31, 2012, PokerStars bought its former competitor, Full Tilt Poker. The $731 million deal settled a civil lawsuit with the Department of Justice while giving ownership of Full Tilt Poker's assets to PokerStars.
As of April 6, 2016 they have reached an agreement with Netent to add desktop and mobile gambling games to its poker lobby in New Jersey and other locations.
